Occasionally, I dabble.
In 2020, just before the pandemic, leading up to February’s observation of Black History Month, I started drawing a hero a day. Pen. Pencil. Marker. Watercolor. A veritable melange of materials. When you make something a practice, suddenly you find it tugging at your soul to continue.
